Returns & Refunds

Return conditions
Returns are accepted in the following cases, within the time limits:
- Damaged or defective product : Please contact us within 3 days of receipt , attaching clear photos of the product concerned. A solution will be offered to you promptly and carefully.
- Incorrect item received : If there is an error in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will exchange or refund you as soon as possible.
- Product not as described : If the item received differs significantly from its presentation on our site, you have 15 days after receipt to report this problem to us.
Pre-approval required
To ensure rigorous and personalized management, all returns must be validated in advance by our customer service . Any package returned without our agreement will not be processed or refunded, and may be returned to you at your expense.
Condition of the returned product
Products must be new, unused , free of odors, dirt, or damage, and accompanied by their original packaging with all accessories. Any non-compliant return will result in refusal or partial refund, depending on the assessment of our quality team.
Non-returnable items

How to return a product

Return costs

Package not collected from relay point
If you are not there at the time of delivery, your order may be left at a collection point. You then have 15 to 20 calendar days to collect it. After this period, the package will be returned to our warehouse, without automatic refund .
Reshipping can be arranged at your request, for an additional shipping fee. Each case is reviewed individually by our team.
